    Drumcell ---PORTLAND DEBUT----------
    (Droid Behavior) (LA)

Founder of Droid Recordings and co-founder of Droid Behavior, Drumcell has been one of techno's greatest allies in Southern California in recent times. A graduate of the Musician's Institute and a long-time performer at parties in Southern California, Drumcell has been influenced by music from his earliest years. After being exposed to raves in the early 90s, He grew addicted to the sounds of acid house, techno, in its many forms, and industrial.

Associating with the members of Acid Circus to form Droid Behavior as an event production group and record label was the next logical step to raise awareness for techno in the city and to help expose local Artists, established djs, and performers from around the country. Over the last 5 years Drumcell has rocked parties from big to small on a weekly basis in LA as well as gigs all over the U.S alongside such names as Kenny Larkin, john Tejada, Tim Xavier, Dan Bell, Ben Sims, Adam Beyer, Jeff Mills, Speedy J, Ritchie Hawtin, Mathew Dear, etc. and has also released quite a few heavy trax on labels omniscient, remains, heavy Industries, and his own DROID recordings imprint.

    DJ Brad
    (Moontribe) (LA)

A veteran of both the Los Angeles and San Francisco underground rave scenes, DJ Brad has been spinning techno since 1992. His interest in the environment, yoga, and his philosophical nature are conveyed in his musical choices. Over the years Brad has been an integral member of many innovative and successful groups including Moontribe, Tropical, and Mother Earth Sound System. "I have my most profound experiences playing and dancing in the Desert under a full moon." He can energize any crowd with his seamless mixing, whether in a warehouse, intimate club, or out in the open Desert.

DJ Brad defies classification by experimenting with a variety of musical genres. Often cutting between tech-house, electro, techno, and trance, Brad says, "Whatever I play usually has an organic, tribal, funky feel and is a big head trip." In his solo DJ mix CDs, Together, Integration and Ecstaticacti, he blends many intricate soundscapes to create the flow and funkiness that is essential DJ Brad.

DJ Brad's eclectic mixes flow smoothly, taking the listener on a musical journey where time and space seem to disappear. Using the language of music to unite and celebrate the earth and humanity is Brad's goal. "I see people getting involved in this wonderful, beautiful, dynamic culture, they are coming away with an experience they never knew existed before. They discover that people dancing as one, a ritual old as society, is very liberating."

    Solovox
    Live Electronic Performer (PDX)

A producer, composer, and one-man synthesizer attack squad, Solovox is the sound of Earl Carlton Tietze III. He starts with his own original music which spans the genres of house, glitch-hop, breaks, electro, cosmic funk, ambient, and downtempo acid jazz. He also remixes other artists' tracks and throws those in for good measure. Then, in the live environment, he explodes with live synth, organ, and piano playing that sounds like Herbie Hancock smashing head-on into the Chemical Brothers on acid. Mayhem usually ensues, and he consistently delivers one of the finest live electronic shows available anywhere.

He is in demand as a remix artist and producer of commercial tracks for everyone from Adidas to Hulk Hogan to Nintendo. As a live performer his legend in Portland, Oregon and the Northwest continues to grow. In July of 2009 he became the first-ever all-electronic act in the history of The Oregon Country Fair for their 40th Anniversary. He also played San Diego's Elysium Festival, Oregon's Emerg-N-See Festival, and Pantheon in Los Angeles. He has performed with Beats Antique, Bassnectar, KJ Sawka, Dahlia, as well as numerous shows as keyboardist and solo act with The Mutaytor. He heads to Mexico for Fuente Eterno this March.
